I started this blog to behold all my marketing posts after Marketing Undergrad grew into a teenager full of lifestyle and beauty posts as well as marketing or business related posts.
Also, as part of my course we're required to keep a blog and I didn't think my lecturer would be too fond of having to trawl through posts about my life and what I've bought recently to get to the stuff that actually concerned him.
But now I've done it, I'm glad I have as it means I can separate the two a little easier.
What you'll find on this blog are posts about current affairs, marketing (of course) and business-related things including observations and personal theories.
I try to keep it light and colloquial because I personally prefer that style of writing both in terms of reading it and the act of doing it. On some posts there will be more of an academic spin due to the nature of this blog (let's not forget it's origins) but mostly I like to keep an informal tone.
This blog now contains various posts from various times over the past three years but I've labelled any posts from my first year of university (we had to keep a blog then too) with "year one" so if it looks shoddy, that's why.
